BF Homes is a development with a focus on both the upper and middle class. The land covers over 760 hectares, which means that it is a reasonable sized part of the main city, although some of the development does spill over into the neighbouring cities.
There are over 12,500 households in the subdivision, with more than 76,000 residents living here. This means that the community has even more residents than some cities within the Philippines.
BF Homes Paranaque is famed for being the largest subdivision on the continent.
There are over 80 different enclaves, each with their own association. United BF Homeowners Association is responsible for the administration of the development. Each of these enclaves has its own security.
The largest enclave is BF Northwest. It covers 53 hectares and has over 800 homes in the area.
Want to know what BF stands for? Well, it stands for Banco Filipino, which is the company which owns BF Homes. It was founded by Don Tomas Aquirre.
A number of the streets in the development, as well as some of the commercial buildings are named after the founders of those who worked for BF, as well as their relatives. This includes Adelita Chioco Street.
BF Homes is its own community, complete with its own amenities. This means that there are private schools, a number of bars, shopping, supermarkets, gas stations, stores, malls etc. Basically, everything that you can possibly want can be found within the confines of the BF Homes establishment.
This is just what is inside of the community. Outside, residents can enjoy access to the various malls, hospitals and churches. All a short distance from the gates of the residence. For those that travel a lot, the international airport is just 20 minutes away.
BF Homes is regarded as the largest Barangay in the country. It consists of the following:

• Maywood Village
• Jackylou Ville
• Goodwill II
